On arrival had to get all the bedding changed it was dirty and stained, booked for 3 people only had 2 towels asked for another they brought a tea towel. Took about 3 times to explain. No milk in the rooms

Fruktansvärt smutsigt. Dåligt service. Smutsiga handdukar, 3st för 6 personer. Bara en pratade engelska. Högljudda grannar. Enda positiva var gratis parkering.

It was SUPER dirty. Stove had food splattered on it and the fridge had crumbs inside. The shower was either stained black or had black mold in the tub. The bedding had stains and burn holes all over them. DON'T trust the pictures ! It was nothing like them, other than the space layout. Minus the clean bedding, kitchen or bathroom and minus the bedside tables. No frying pans ! Only 2 small pots which made cooking for 4 people very tricky. There's wifi but we weren't given any password or anything to connect EVEN though it specifically promotes having free wifi !

I had crisp clean sheets, which is normal. The shower curtain was moldy and needed cleaning or replacing. The TV didn't work well. I asked for new batteries for the remote, and was given batteries from another remote. I still couldnt get the TV to work properly. The lino is badly laid in the bathroom and toilet, which would make it difficult and time-consuming to clean well. I don't know what the other rooms are like. I was in Room 16.

The young women that welcomed us at reception was helpful and friendly. The bed linen and bed were fine. New net curtains were fresh and clean. Heater was efficient. Bathroom basin nice and clean and spacious. Regular and efficient trash removal. However: No plug for the sink. Lacked dishcloth, face cloths and toweling was basic. Floors were very dirty, which made the room smell bad. Entrance door stained and dirty and gaps around it. Wood in the door as security looked unsightly, a piece cut to size or a lock would be better. Masking tape still around a light in the roof, that had a poor plaster/paint job around it. Just a few small things would have improved it a lot....mainly disinfect and scrub the floors

Room was very dirty .ver uncomfortable beds.room was smelly..oven was very dirty..not enough cooking utensils .only 1 pot without lid .. cupboards were very dirty and sticky. .i would not recommend it to anyone

We had no towels when we arrived, the staff kindly brought us some but half of them were still damp and had stains on them. The facilities are very dated and need a good clean.

This accommodation was very unsatisfactory. It was dirty and very run down. We had no heaters until we asked for some and the whole interior was unhygienic and below standard. Dirty cofee mugs, hair in the bed, dirty shower, mould, drawings on the wall, dirty sock on the ground and bad smelling. This was a really bsd experience.

This motel was disgusting, the floors were sticky and the shower was mouldy, the rubbish bin and heater were broken and to top it off there was a cockroach roaming around, i would not reccomend staying here at all, spend the extra money and get somewhere clean and friendly.

I booked a reservation. Took out a cancellation plan incase, I was on holiday in Gisborne. I Had to change the date of my booking, because I couldn’t travel to Wellington due to the Wairoa flood. They weren’t helpful at all, & there was no refund, so they kept my $183

Unfortunately my families stay was far from good. There was mould on the ceilings and window sills, the oven was filthy, the kitchen floor was sticky and slippery and it had not been mopped. The bathroom floor was just as sticky. The carpets too were sticky and needed a proper carpet clean,our white socks turned black just from walking on the carpet Broken dusty curtains. Lack of cutlery, pots and pans. Broken door handles.! No housekeeping was done at all, the heating was minimal that we had to use the dirty oven to heat the room. Overall terrible.
