Good stay for a good price with a nice pool
Nice place with a nice pool in front facing the ocean. The pool was clean, whole and in good condition, an important note since many hotel pools in the Philippines seem to be in bad condition. The room was clean, spacious (room 103, bottom floor), with functioning AC. WiFi was a bit choppy but closer to the entrance it worked ok. One small negative about the room downstairs is that you have to cover up with curtains, to avoid everyone from seeing inside. Not a big problem though :) Staff were as usual very nice and friendly. The hotel hasn’t got a bar, so you order from the reception. The view is very nice. It is a short Tuktuk ride from alona beach, but not a problem since there are plenty of rides for 100 pesos. Close by is the hostel Mad Monkey, which seems to be the best place to go if you want nightlife. The place had energy and party mode. So, in general: we had a good stay for a good price!

This property is clean and quiet with amazing views. A little off the beaten path so you don't have 1000s of people on the beach in front of the resort. The staff are amazing! Kind and helpful! Will definitely be back!

The views were amazing from my room. However the toilet had a leak and the floor was always wet. The breakfast included was minimal and add on were expensive. But the staff was fantastic. Its a 4 dollar tooc tooc ride to Alona beach area. But there was this street food place a couple block walk that was phenomenal for 7 bucks!

The beach area is not great, it would have been nice if the area is cleaned/maintained on a daily basis. Front desk service is good, but dining service is not (only one person, and sometimes you have to wait awhile to see somebody) I understand it's a small place. Breakfast was good, mango juice in a can terrible, I'd rather have fresh calamansi juice juice or fresh buko. When you're in an island and fresh fruits are in abundance using juice in cans or powder form is terrible. I am from Dauis, I just need some rest before going home from a long flight, I love how quiet the location was.

Le service a la clientèle est excellente, la piscine est parfaite, possibilité d’avoir du transport facilement et la chambre est juste ok. Des activités sont proposés qui sont intéressantes. Par contre, il y a des travaux proches de l’hôtel lorsque j’y suis allé pendant le jour. Un peu bruyant si vous voulez vous reposer à l’hôtel. Il ne faut pas s’attendre à un rafraîchissement de la chambre pendant votre séjour , le personnel le fait lors entre deux séjours. L’eau chaude est comme si comme ça.

The food was really nice and the general location was good by the beach. The 2 times we ate at the restaurant in the evening, it was around 50 mins from taking the order and it being served with no one else in the restaurant and the drinks arrived after the food even though ordered at the same time, so nearly an hour for the drinks. A lot of trip hazards especially round the pool where we saw someone fall down the front part of the pool where the infinity water goes as they didn’t see the gap and could have been very serious. The rooms in general were nice but the bathroom and the cupboards were quite dirty and could see water stains on the roof and many cracks in the ceiling, the people selling on the beach were persistent, wouldn’t leave you alone and on one day was basically stood next to the pool trying to sell stuff to people in the pool, and trying to pay for anything was very hard if you wanted to pay with cash as the staff didn’t seem to know what to do when you tried

The place looked way better in the pictures. More run down than expected Room pretty small. No phone to call desk. Food was amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful. I will opt for another hotel next time closer to Alona. The view was amazing. We didn't visit the beach there because tide always out. Tricab driver is the night security guard. He is sooo amazing and nice. Thanks a lot to (driver) Kuya Ninio And restaurant service MA. Rita If it wasn't for the great food and people I would have moved hotels after the first day. I think it needs some Remodeling.

Our room's hot water did not work for the entire stay, 3 nights. We had to take a freezing cold shower, every time. We told the reception multiple times, and they did nothing on the first day. The second day, they had a repair person look at it, but that didn't fix it. They did not book us into a different room or reimburse anything. On the final day, they said they would give us a free ride from the hotel to the ferry station "to make up for our bad experience." But then they booked us a tricycle/tuc-tuc instead of an actual car. So that's like a $5 reimbursement. Also, their beach is dirty and you really cannot swim there.

Facility and grounds were clean, but there are repairs that are needed. Broken floor tiles around grounds and driveway. Bathroom fixtures need replaced, but were functional. The service is excellent. We used Nino as our trike driver for whole trip, and he was.excellent with fairprices. The food in hotel was very good, and they even brought it to my room. We chose this location away from Alona Beach, but it only takes 5 mintues by trike and 150 pesos. Hotel can book your county side tour, and excursions at good prices. Overall, I would stay again we come back.
