This was the worse hotel I have ever been. Could not stay drove home at 12:00 No hot water, mold, bugs and floor was dirty

1 no tv remote ( taken care of by front desk 2 bathroom needed a better cleaning. Bobbie pin in view in bathroom. 1/3 of roll of toilet paper with no replacement. One wash cloth only 2 towels. Very little water pressure ( maybe screens needed to be cleaned). 3 may have been some sickness in lobby that was not cleaned properly. 4 Breakfast was a disappointment no coffee or anything else really. Consisted of only toast bologna (been there a while) nothing else. 140.00. Not worth it at all.

Not Clean
This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed at that had roaches crawling everywhere. Please review before booking any hotel. I’m so sorry I didn’t do that on this booking or I wouldn’t have not booked it.

Worse stay
They had mold on the walls, roaches all over an in the bed, bugs in the carpet. Room was gross an nasty. All the front desk did was write it down a said they would look at the room.

The only choice in town
Property advertised breakfast no breakfast is available currently. Room was dated. The bathroom had very low water pressure. The HVAC fan never shut off, even though in the off position.

Was moved to 3 different rooms. The 1st room shower door was off. 2nd room tried to get in 3 times key fob wasn’t working. 3 rd room was nasty and need some upgrades

Disappointed in both the hotel and hotels.com.
Cancelled my stay and lied to me about it. They told me hotels.com cancelled it. This left us without a room to stay in on a busy night in the city with little vacancies left. Hotels.com has yet to refund me.

HORRIBLE!
This hotel is horrific. We checked in and stayed about an hour then fled. They have multiple rooms that have been closed by the local health department because of mold. There are multiple air purifiers throughout the building that are dirty and blowing dirty air. The breakfast service has also been closed by the health department. Our door lock was broken and we couldn't lock our door. Our phone didn't work. I called the front desk about 10 times in one hour for a solution to the door not locking and they said they'd send someone up and never did. During one of these calls the clerk came clean about the mold issue. The staff, including the manager, have no clue how to run their computer system to apply and refund payments. The hotel should be condemned or at least required to publicly reveal they have a mold issue. It smells horrible and just feels dirty.

REPULSIVE!
This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at. When I checked in I was informed that the cleaning people didn’t clean all the rooms and they had to turn away like 8 people with reservations. I checked in at 1:30 am. I was exhausted. I got to my room and it was beyond disgusting. The bathroom had not been cleaned. The toilet was not flushed, there were used tissues all on the counter, no toilet paper, used conditioner and the counter was so gross. The lamps didn’t have lamp shades, the phone had no receiver on it and there was still crumbs on the bed side table from the previous person. There was also a used tissue on the floor beside one of the beds. I went back down to the counter and told the guy. He said he would clean a room but it would take 30-40 minutes. I told him to give me the cleaner and let me do it. I had to be up at 6 am and I was not waiting another hour to get the room, so I had to clean my own room. To top it off, I had paid for a king suite and got a double standard. I paid more for the suite but didn’t get it. I am calling HR tomorrow to get my money refunded. I have never experienced anything like that before. The girl at the front office when I checked out couldn’t have cared any less. Don’t waste your money. It was HORRIBLE!

Dissatisfied customer! I would sta in the hotel again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone! Stayed in the Comfort Inn hotel 8-10 Nov and we did not have a good experience. To say the least the hotel accommodations were awful! No breakfast and their website was false advertisement. The hotel was dirty, smelt moldy and mildew. The shower was dirty, rusty and clean. Dehumidifiers we’re constantly running at the elevator to your room. The first room issued was not cleaned from the previous guest the bed was used. The corporate manager was there and observed and witnessed some of our concerns: he recommended a discount for our stay and he stated he would be contacting Expedia to reduce our cost. Not good. Checked in on Sunday and was told Monday morning that they weren’t offering breakfast!! My room had not been vacuumed. There was a stir and white creamer spilled on the carpet when I checked in. My tv did not work. Finally on Monday afternoon I got a different room

Comfort Inn & Suites had NO availability and Expedia showed a suite available. I paid for the room and upon arrival the room was NOT available! Thankfully for Comfort Inn & Suites and their diligence of trying to make it right being that I was 2-1/2 hours away from home! I will never book anything from Expedia or any other website that shows room availability. It didn’t only happen to me, it happened to 5 others at the same hotel!! Shame!!!
