Family Unfriendly
I was told if I left a review then our complaint would not be considered by the hotel, but I think it’s important for other travelers to understand that we booked this family friendly hotel for our first trip with our small baby. Our room was so dirty that two cleaners came back for two hours to clean it. Dirty sheets, hand marks on the bed head, food on the floor.
There was music playing until 11pm that could be heard from the 7th floor, we said to the front desk that it wasn’t suitable for our baby as a lack of sleep can be very dangerous and could we please leave.
They refused our request, ignored the calls and emails from hotels and we were stuck there.
We packed up our things and decided that our baby’s health was more important than the money and after a lot of struggle our remaining nights were refunded.
If you’re travelling with children I would suggest to look elsewhere.
