Active roach infestation
Active roach infestation. Turned on the lights and there were thousands of german cockroaches everywhere. I have pics an video, sight won't let me upload from my phone. It literally traumatized my wife. She was still itching and twitching hours later. No immediate refund... still fighting for my money back.

Do not believe the pictures!!!!
The inn is nothing like the pictures. The place was horrendous. Bedding had hair and stains, roaches in the room, the bathtub was rusted, no blades on the fan, sheetrock was cracked and looked moldy. We did not stay.

Many better options
The biggest problem here is cleanliness and upkeep. Hotel is in bad shape and the rooms are just in disrepair. Don’t understand why some things are not fixed. Door is in bad shape with a regular house door knob. Still uses key. Walls and ceiling are in bad shape. Ceiling fan blades drooping and look to have never been cleaned. Lock hasp on refrigerator and shelves are rusty. Sliding door to balcony almost impossible to open. Smoke alarm was laying on top of tv with battery chirping. Toilet takes hours to fill up after flushing. Old above the stove microwave still there with front missing and another microwave sitting on counter to use. Beds are basic, not very comfortable. We can handle older hotels, that’s what most are in Daytona, but don’t understand nasty and just rundown. Moved the nightstand to get to plug and floor was covered in ashes and cigarette butts. Would never stay here again and my family wouldn’t let me if I tried. Never been so happy to check out of a hotel. Hard to rest when nothing feels clean. Could leave because it was prepaid and Daytona 500 weekend. Nothing available.

Wrong place
So when I checked into the hotel. I knew immediately I did not want to stay there. I called you the best you could do was a 24 to 48 hour message to the manager to see if I can get my money back. When people check into a hotel, it doesn’t matter if it’s a third-party I should be able to call you and tell you this place is not acceptable and you should be able to tell me don’t worry book something else you will get 100% of all your money back, but that’s not what you told me so I went and bought sheets, comforters and pillowcases to sleep at this place and I’ve got pictures I’m fixing to add it was rusty. The door was rusted. The fridge was rusted. There was a hole in the roof of the shower half the rooms people are living in. This was a crack motel.

Please don't waste your money, very disgusting.
The hotel was old and nasty. It has not been kept up for years. The elevator is out of order. Railings are rusted out and wobbly. Our sliding glass door would not shut all the way, so you could not lock it. The beds were so stained and disgusting. The sheets were clean and did not stink.i think that was the only positive.the air conditioner ran non stop and was blowing warm air, no way to shut it off. Ceiling fan was so old that the blades were sagging, and years of dust on top of the blades.There was a strong smell of marijuana coming from lots of rooms as you walked by. The people at the front desk were nice and friendly. Obviously the owner doesn't care enough about his guests to clean and maintain the property.

Hotel needs refurbished
Elevators were broken. The room door and patio sliding door was nearly impossible to open. The ceiling fan was drooping and covered in dirt. Dirt on the floor- wore shoes the whole time. Paint peeling off the walls and bath tub. Front desk closes and locks their door after 8pm and wasn't there when we left at 745am. No phone in the room. Could be a beautiful hotel with renovations and cleaning. The best part was the ocean view.

The hotel was hit by recent hurricane elevators were not working I was on the 3rd floor it was an old school Florida hotel service was excellent Mandy was great and satisfied all my arrangements needs some updates but served it’s purpose we weren’t there for the beach

Wir waren 5 Minuten in dem Zimmer und sind dann sofort wieder gefahren das blöden an der Sache ist die das wir das Zimmer für 3 Tage schon bezahlt hatten das war auf all unseren Reisen das schlechteste Hotel das wir in den 18 Jahren in den USA hatten niemals wieder die Bilder die hier in Hotels. Com abgebildet sind sind laut Personal 13 Jahre alt das sagte alles
