The rooms are beautiful in this hotel, plus the rooftop restaurant/bar offers great views of Como and the Lake when the weather cooperates! All the staff were wonderful, expesically the Front desk girls and the Head Concierge, Alberto, who went "above and beyond" to help me correct some logistic issues and arrange a private boat tour up the lake to my next hotel!

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff were incredibly hospitable - as soon as we checked-in we were treated very well for the entirety of our stay.
