Da Ninth boutique hotel.
The hotel is a small modern boutique in a quiet part of town, close to the Tuol Sleng genocide museum. The hotel is clean and the rooms are well kept and comfortable. The staff are very helpful and helped me to organise trips and gave helpful advice. I would thoroughly recommend Da Ninth.

It was a nice, and clean property. I didn't have that high expectations but I was very impressed at how clean the room was. The only downside is the lights outside can be a bit bright and the blind is not dark enough. It can get a little bit loud outside since the walls aren't as thick but I would say value for money.

Boutique Hotel in Nice Area
Generally a very good boutique hotel. The rooms are clean. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Breakfast okay but coffee very good. Reasonable selection of moderately priced wine. My only gripe is the swimming pool or should I say the deck. The pool is great but the deck is extremely dangerous and a new deck needs to be constructed.

Good Hotel With Special Features
This hotel offers value and comfort. The area is convenient and there are restos nearby. The hotel description is accurate. The aircon and wifi both worked fine. The rooms of this boutique hotel cover three levels and are all built around a central atrium. My room was on level 2. There is no elevator – take note if that is important to you. I noticed 2 interesting extra physical features that maybe of interest to some: 1. The central atrium is brightly lit so the slatted blinds/ timber venetian blinds that equip your room, while offering privacy, ensure that your room remains relatively ‘well lit’ throughout the night. As I prefer ‘black out’ conditions for sleeping (Churchill would know what I am talking about), I solved the consequent ‘Stalag 13’ lighting issue using some good old black plastic garbags. 2. The central atrium and masonry construction acts as an effective echo chamber. This is very useful if you prefer some excitement and virtual company in your room early in the morning and sometimes late at night should there be teenagers enjoying the pool or other guests in the ground level common area excitedly recalling their day’s adventures over beers, etc. Staff don’t have any control over this. Overall this is a good hotel but the above physical features would influence my decision to book here again in future.

2/10 Poor

Decent hotel with terrible service
The hotel itself is nice, but the service was terrible. One night, when the waiter thought I had drank too much, he decided not to give me back my proper change. When I confronted him about it, he quickly apologized. In the same hotel restaurant on another day, a different waiter clearly did not want to have to serve me. He smiled when I asked for something, but slunk around moodily otherwise. Lastly, I was ripped off by one of the tuk-tuk drivers who sits outside the hotel to scavenge for business. We had an argument and when I went inside, I saw the front desk receptionist laughing. As soon as he saw me looking, he immediately put on his "professional face." In general, the feeling I got was people pretending to help behind fake smiles. The location is not near enough to anything and there are few options for buying food / groceries. I recommend using PassApp to call your own tuk-tuk drivers so you won't be ripped off like I was. The Wi-Fi is spotty at best. Overall, a terrible experience.
