Great location, but noisy at night. No hairdryer.
Very good value for the accommodations provided. Excellent location with decent breakfast. Main issues would be the the night time noise levels and not enough hair dryers equipped.
Located across the street from Santa Lucia Hill, and within walking distance from many other attractions. Breakfast was simple but enough to get us started for the day on the right foot.
The noise level was especially noticeable at night since we had a room facing the street, and the air conditioner installed in our window resulted in poor soundproofing. We were on the fifth floor and we still could hear conversations from the street below quite clearly. Not ideal for light sleepers.
The hairdryer situation definitely has room for improvement. Hairdryers are not equipped in each room, but are available from the front desk upon asking. When I called, I was told that the hairdryer was not available, another guest had borrowed it, and it would not be available until the next day. This just seemed like poor resource planning by the front desk: if there are limited hairdryers, then it should not be loaned out for the entire night such that some guests no longer have the option available.
