The Greatest Hospitality!
My sister and I had a lovely stay! The service was top-notch- the staff members were knowledgeable and so friendly. From the moment we arrived on the property, we were treated with the greatest hospitality. Esthel checked us in and truly enhanced our stay throughout the weekend. She truly deserves accolades! She was always looking to offer services and make sure our stay was outstanding. Please promote her and do what you can to keep her on staff long-term! The next time I visit Savannah, I will definitely stay at the Perry Lane again@

Very nice stay
Location of the hotel is perfect. We parked our car and did not need it until we checked out two days later as we walked everywhere. The staff was very pleasant and helpful with check in, valet and questions we had. The rooms are very nice. We were a bit disappointed that we had only one wash cloth, no tissues and the hooks on the wall were broken. But the room was wuite and comfortable. Enjoyed the rooftop bar!

Best spot in SVH. Well worth the cost. Centrally located and everyone is beyond awesome. Stayed at the Brice but left early because it was awful and stayed here. It was like going from Dollar Tree to Macy's.

Super stay in Savannah
Gorgeous hotel and very walkable to lots of restaurants/shopping/museums in the downtown Savannah area. Staff made us feel very welcome especially Estelle at the Front Desk. Drivers Trevor and Cameron were helpful with recommendations during our stay. Valet service was a little slow when we needed our car. Champagne service was such a treat! We were here for NYE and although the hotel seemed busy our room was very quiet and comfortable.

Rooms were beautiful and hotel is also stunning. 2 small issues- my air was having a problem it wouldn’t cool down enough and then the heat was too hot. 1 girl at the front desk had an attitude like she didn’t want to be there and was bothered when I asked for some toiletries and water. Outside of that it’s a fabulous place to stay

One night
Arriving at the hotel we were greeted by very friendly and professional valet staff. Front Desk staff were very efficient and kind offering complimentary beverages. Room was lovely and very comfortable. Upon leaving, it was very convenient to text the Valet for our car and also has a tip feature which I utilized. However, the valet who handed me our keys, asked if we were coming back and I said not expecting to in the near future, I wished him a happy holiday and said that I tipped through the app....he then advised me "not to do that" if we returned, they prefer cash. WOW, too bad that left me with a bad impression.

Southern hospitality at its finest. The front desk, door men, concierge and Pops the shuttle driver were all top notch! We loved the location and extra niceties like champagne and bottled water. The room was quiet, spacious and clean. We could have used a few more outlets but it’s a very minor issue. Overall we were thrilled!

The whole stay was average. They assured us our room would be available in 20 mins. Almost two hours later we entered our room smelling of bleach. Drinks and food are overpriced, as was the cost of our room. Shout out to the valet guys….they were the best part of our stay! Will not be staying here again.

We had a nice stay. I’m not really sure why the 5 star rating. The service was great but not anything more than we have received at other hotels. People seemed to really LOVE the free champagne. We are not drinkers so we did not see the value to justify the room price. Our room was the smallest of any hotel we have ever visited. It had lovely updates but again not worth the $1000 bill for the 2 night stay. Location was key for this hotel.

This was our second stay at the Perry Lane Hotel. The staff is outstanding and the location is the best. The restaurant was just OK and pricey. There are many restaurants nearby to try.

Beautiful property and helpful staff with the exception of one issue which ruined our stay and kept us from sleeping well. Two nights in a row the heat in our room was excessive and our thermostat would not control it. We woke up to a temperature of 81 degrees in the middle of the night. We told staff about it and they said they would have someone look at it while we were out, but it did the same thing the next night. Very frustrating and ruined an otherwise very nice stay.

We returned to the Perry Lane after our first stay in July. We were impressed with everything about the hotel, especially the staff who were always eager to help with a dining suggestion or with transportation. We are eager to return for a third visit as soon as possible. I even purchased some of the hotel’s signature fragrance to use at home. The Perry Lane is outstanding!

I was excited to stay at Perry Lane but the reality didn’t meet my expectations for a 5 star hotel. Pros: - Convenient location - Quiet - Sever restaurants and gym on site - Free coffee and bottled water Cons: - The room was small. I wasn’t expecting the size of a room you’d get in NYC. There was no desk or chair (though the staff kindly brought up a portable setup), no night tables next to the bed, and really no where to store items. - The amenities were not shared with me verbally upon check in - The sanitizing wipes were empty and never replaced in the gym during my 3 day stay - No turndown service Overall the room was a disappointment. Perry Lane seems more like a nice Marriott than a 5 star destination.
