c'est un village vacance et pas un hôtel !!
Alors Attention ce n'est pas un hôtel mais un village vacance, si cet établissement n'avais pas été présenté comme un hôtel je n'aurais pas réservé, 2 matins levée a 6h55 à cause d'une alarme incendie (il n'y avait pas de feu) qui a bien durée entre 10/15 min avant qu'elle soit éteinte donc super le réveil, ce n'est pas normal que cet établissement soit présenté comme un hôtel, et non un village vacances?? de plus vous n'avez du coup aucun service hôtelier, sejour de 3 nuits les chambres ne sont pas refaite (pour ma part c'est pas trop grave) mais vous garder les mêmes serviettes, contrairement à un hôtel ou il y a des repasses chaque jour, pas de poubelle dans la chambre, le sèche cheveux est fixé sous la télé et non dans la salle de bain, les prises ne sont pas fixées au mur, si on y regarde de plus près c'est juste posé, lors du départ c'etait assez expéditif,

Résidence Club bien située en dehors d'Annecy
Club bien situé en dehors du trafic d'Annecy avec une agréable vue sur le lac. Personnel à la réception et dans le restaurant extrêmement serviable et accueillant. Restaurant bien décoré et formule self-service (midi et soir) à prix intéressant. Petit-déjeuner varié. Chambre et sdb assez basiques mais acceptables pour un court séjour. Nous avions un balcon et une vue sur le lac, top! Nous ne savions pas que c'était un club qui organisait toutes sortes d'activités pour les formules demi-pension et pension complète. Nous aurions peut-être choisi une de ces options car en Pdéj, elles sont payantes et un peu chères. Deux parking à disposition. Navette de bus gratuite pendant l'été pour descendre au village (à pied, ça grimpe!) Je recommande, bon point de chute pour visiter la région.

Nice view from the bar but the rest…!!
The best part of the hotel was the view of the Lake from the bar. Beautiful. The staff were helpful in the restaurant. But the rooms were very small with no facilities to make a drink. The room was not serviced in our three night stay. The walls were paper thin and so your neighbour could be heard. Also there was a shared door into the room vestibule which meant that you would be awoken when the neighbouring room occupant left. The food was good value but tasteless for the most part and left us with upset stomachs two days running. There were pieces of mouldy fruit on display which attracted flies. This isn’t an exaggeration.

Le lac et la vue sur le lac etaient tres bien Le reste horrible les chambres sales les matelas enfin la mousse, meme pas de vrais matelas, etaient taches et sales les lits des planches impossible de dormir Salles de bains carreaux cassés aucune wmc qui fonctionnait des toilettes avec odeurs qui remontent une seule prise qui fonctionnait vraiment a eviter ce n est pas un 3 etoiles

Notre séjour les balcons du lac d'Annecy très bien situés. Vue sur le lac avec un grand parc, accueil avec le personnel très poli et très sympathique. Les repas sont copieux et bien cuisinés. Je recommande cet établissement pour passer des jours agréables si proche d'Annecy. cette ville est d'une grande beauté.

Petite escapade dans la sérénité et le calme.
Malgré un temps très maussade nous avons pu profiter des activités que nous proposés le club tout en allant de temps en temps se promener dans les hauteurs quand le temps le permettait. Emplacement satisfaisant proche des balades et de la ville calme et bienveillance des salariés qui travaillent à l'hôtel..

Expérience plutôt négative
De passage une nuit, j’ai séjourné dans ce village vacances. La chambre était petite, très bruyante. La literie est mauvaise avec un matelas galette posée sur une planche. Petit dej très bien. Arrivée sans problème mais check-out à faire avant 10 heures. Pas assez de places de parking

105€ la localisation de la nuit, pour une cage à poule ou tu ne dois pas venir avant 17h et tu dois quitter l’hôtel a à 9h30, le Covid à bon dos, quand tu as une tonne de poussière partout. lit sans sommier avec planche en bois , sans thermostat dans la douche, sans clime dans les chambres. Tu entend ton voici faire pipi etc... Je le conseille pour des petits enfants, mais pas en w. e en amoureux.
