Nice hotel overlooking caldera

Great stay for 3 nights. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and sufficient. Great views of caldera from the hotel.

名前の通りフィラの断崖絶壁に位置するホテル。ホテルまで石段且つ階段多数なので、スーツケースの方は覚悟が必要。客室はおそらく10部屋もない為、朝食はビュッフェではない。バルコニーは半共用。プールの水が冷たくはないが温かくもない為、気温が高くないと入れない。部屋は洞窟をくり抜いた珍しい内装。わりと広めで快適である。

We love Simona!

Simona was an amazing host! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. She was really accommodating. Trying to find activities to do during our off season. Checking in and check out was so easy with her. We love Simona, she made our first time in Santorini the best! Would love to book a room at this hotel again when we visit in the summer!

The hotel is at great location, views are great, close to every thing. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the breakfast is good! The staffs are very friendly and very helpful. I was at the property on June 18th. I tried using the Jacuzzi, but there were flies in the water and around it. Within 5 minutes of using the Jacuzzi, I developed severe rashes on my body. I have pictures of this, which I will be emailing to Expedia. I attempted to discuss this with the staff, specifically Sofia. Unfortunately, she showed no concern for the issue. She simply mentioned that it might be due to some medication in the water. However, I have been staying in different hotels for the past 4-5 days and never had this kind of allergic reaction to water. It seems they are not cleaning the water properly. Furthermore, Sofia suggested that the reaction would quickly go away, almost as if she were a doctor. Additionally, the phone in the room is not working, and the TV is not a smart TV, so we couldn't use YouTube or watch anything we wanted; instead, we were limited to Greek channels, which we couldn't understand. There was no extra water in the refrigerator either. Overall, the staff was not helpful in addressing my concerns. While Sofia mentioned she would have the Jacuzzi cleaned, she did not address the irritation and allergies I experienced due to the water. I cannot recommend this hotel, especially considering the high price we paid. It has been a waste of money and is overpriced. I hope this feedback helps in addressing these issues promptly and appropriately. I am requesting a refund or credit for these inconveniences.
