I made a reservation for one night, and then decided to cancel it to make another one for 2 nights. By the time the guest was at the hotel on the first night, he was asked if he would like to extend his stay. He said he had a reservation for 2 nights, but the hotel did not agree with that. He ended up having to pay for another night. I asked Hotels.com to contact the Mena Hotel to solve the problem, but it was not successful. I have been trying to contact the Hotel by email since January 18th, 4 emails have been sent, and I did not have any response.
I am hoping to receive a refund of the extra night paid, but unfortunately the Mena Hotel is not willing to do that.
