Our first room had a couple of minor issues, and the front desk clerk wasn’t able to resolve them, but he quickly moved us to a new room. The second room was great, comfortable bed, great air conditioning, and everything worked as it should. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed for a couple of days, and the breakfast was consistently good each morning. The fitness center was adequate for a short stay, though the pool wasn’t ready for swimming.

Beautiful hotel looks as if it’s newly built. Professional staff very nice, during check in and checkout. The room was roomy the bed comfortable and definitely temperature controlled very comfortable especially during the night when I need it to be really cold. The location was in a perfect spot right off the interstate and 5 minutes from the baseball park for my grandson game

Positives: The staff was great. The breakfast isn't a huge selection, but is adequate and everything seemed fresh. I only had coffee and a waffle. Hotel was quiet and secure. A/C in the room worked well and the room was nice sized. Negatives: The bathroom was lacking the cleanliness I expect. Tub and lower shower were discolored by water stains and/or build up of bath residue. The tub drained slowly. And there were hairs I had to rinse out of the tub and sink before using them. The carpet in the room also seemed dirty, like it was due for a good cleaning. There was only a single coffee cup in the room, so making a cup for each person was not possible. Overall: Not a bad stay but an improved cleaning would definitely have made me more comfortable. It really seemed to be primarily a housekeeping/maintenance issue that should be easily taken care of by some added attention to the details.

Check in-Friday night the two employees were preoccupied on their phones and eating Mac n cheese… I didn’t even know when I was finished checking in. Room-just don’t look down-carpet seemed a bit dirty, bottom of toilet base dirty (maybe urine(?), shower was so so and sink had dried toothpaste residue. No extra TP, no bathmat Saturday the man working the desk was very helpful and professional to assist us with AC cooling in the room. Good note-it was convenient to what we needed. Lobby very clean. Bed was comfortable and overall our floor was very quiet. The area seemed safe.
