We ordered the hotel because the location was perfect the standart of apartment very high, every day when we came back the beds were maid, towels were clean and the dishes in place. we were traveling with baby twins in the age of 11 months, baby cribs were waiting for us on spot and baby chair was provided for us after our short notice.

Location of the property is excellent. Inside of apartment is also excellent great size and all amenities work well. Only down side is that if more than 2 people are staying in the apartment storage space is limited for clothes. Other than that really nice

A localização e o apartamento são excelentes. Destaco 03 pontos negativos que merecem melhor atenção. O primeiro é a falta de local para guardar as malas no estabelecimento. Chegamos cansados de um voo noturno e tivemos que depositar nossas bagagens em um estabelecimento pago e longe do apartamento, ou seja, saímos cansados arrastando um monte de malas pelas ruas de Lisboa, o que não é razoável. Acho que no prédio é possível encontrar um local para depositar as malas. O segundo é que o check in as 4 da tarde é muito tarde. E o terceiro é que existem 02 empresas diversas que administram os apartamentos nesse prédio e na recepção sempre se encontra um funcionário da outra administradora que faz questão de ser rude porque você locou o espaço do concorrente, o que não é razoável, ou as administradoras dividem o custo de um funcionário para auxiliar todos os hospedes ou é melhor que não fique ninguém ali na recepção porque para mim foi constrangedor.

Emplacement idéal appartement magnifique

Emplacement au top pour visiter Lisbonne ou faire du shopping, appartement très spacieux et très propre, idéal pour une famille. Parking surveillé à proximité avec possibilité de négocier le tarif. Nous avons payé 75 pour 48H. Le propriétaire est très facilement joignable par téléphone. Accès à l’appartement très facile avec les codes communique par sms. Je recommande vivement.

Cleanliness of the apartment is beyond my expectation. So much happy as near / walking distance in many shops and center of attraction. 101 percent love the place. Defo we will come back again in near future.

The apartment was nice. It was hard to reach someone to be able to get in. There isn’t a reception area so everything is done via phone. It makes it hard to get in and ask for help or any questions you might have. There also was a hole in the ceiling in one of the bathrooms like they were doing construction. Overall nice place to stay.

완전 추천드려요!!

소파와 침대소재가 벨로아라서 조금 찝찝할까봐 고민했어요~ 점수도 조금 낮고... 근데 너무 이뻐서 예약했는데... 청소상태도 너무 좋구 전체 인테리어와 식기들도 다 너무 이뻐서 사진을 찍으면 엄청 이쁘게 나와요^^ 주변에 유명한곳이 많아서 걸어서 돌아 다니기도 너무 좋았습니다!! 지하철도 완전 가깝구요^^

Terrible check in - Even worse customer service

Worst check in ever. No communication before arrival, that there was no one to check us in. We were to get a code to enter form the street and then the apt. I had to call the number then wait for someone else to contact me. They did by text! asking who I was....... No phone call, not even a follow up text to see had we got in ok. Had to wait half an hour, with 3 small kids after a long journey. No info (where were the beds hidden etc) Like we were more of a nuisance than customer the business needs to survive. Would never book with this company again, which is a pity as the apt was nice (altho the very low roof angles cause a few bumped heads.) This company seriously needs to review its customer service / check in and carry out some badly needed employee training

Best stay in Lisbon

This hotel is amazing. A great location with very nice amenities to enjoy your time in Lisbon in the heart of city center. The check in and check out process is through text (WhatsApp) but it is very convenient./. You will get sent the door code and street door code. Then just enter and enjoy the room. Check out is just as easy, just leave the 2 Euro per person on the counter for city tax and you are off.

Apartment is located in the heart of Lisbon 3 blocks away from the main square and all of the tourist attractions. Amazing amazing location!!! Very clean, kitchen fully equipped , remodeled , very comfortable beds, clean towels provided very day. has everything you need. Cleaning staff is cleaning very day, espresso is provided by the property. Down side - there was no point of contact present on site. The only way to contact a representative in via phone. Reply wasn’t so fast. We didn’t have any issues but we had no one to consult with. Over all- very recommended , amazing location , very clean. Suitable for family’s

Appartamento centralissimo. Ristrutturato ed ammobiliato con gusto e con tutti i comfort. Vista sui tetti della città e sulla cattedrale e pulitissimo. Leggermente articolato il check in perché il b&b non è presidiato quindi abbiamo dovuto chiamare il gestore al telefono (parlando ovviamente in inglese) che dopo una quarantina di minuti ci ha inviato un sms con tutti i codici di accesso (siamo comunque arrivati di mattina parecchio prima dell'orario consueto). Unico piccolo contrattempo l'appartamento non è provvisto di posate ma è a disposizione tutto il necessario per la colazione compresa la macchina del caffè Nespresso e le cialde. Assolutamente consigliato

Could have been perfect but cleaning hadn't been started when we arrived at check in time. While the host started apologetic we were not advised that the room was not ready and as a result lost out on our only afternoon in Lisbon as the cleaner then stayed for nearly 2.5 hours movng around trying to get it ready. For most this may not be a bit deal but we had a baby who should have been napping that time and couldn't so we were unable to go out later as baby had to go to bed early to make up for no nap. As I say may not be a big deal for most (and the cleaner was friendly although spoke zero English so was impossible to communicate) We were told via our host that the room should be finished by about 4.15 so we came back for then (having popped out to make room for her after initial half hour) but we arrived back and she was not at all finished and didn't leave for over another hour plus. After a day of travelling with two young kids this was really really frustrating. I complained politely to the owner via WhatsApp but he then decided not to reply to acknowledge or apologise so I feel I have no choice but to leave this review. Such a shame as otherwise it would have been perfect. Beautiful room and really great location/value. However our memory will be the cleaning with zero privacy and two small very tired kids. There is also no facility to drop luggage early at this place which was why we decided to travel to Lisbon only in time for check in at 3 and in end lost whole day

アパートだったので、チェックイン方法が分からずに問い合わせしていましたが、返事が来たのがぎりぎりだったのが不安でした。結果的には、当日にキーコードもらえたので良かったですが、現地でメールを受け取れる物が無いとアウトでしたね。このアパートは入り口は一つですが、複数の経営があって、最初入った時に受付テーブルのようなところに人がいたので、予約表を見せたのですが、予約は無いと言われました。宿からのメールを見て経営が違っている事に気がつきました。 色々と戸惑うことがあったのですが、部屋は良かったです。何よりも景色が良い。5階リビングと6階ベッドルームのメゾネットでしたが、6階からはアルファマの方が良く見えました。 部屋の使い勝手としては色々と使いにくいところはありました。 ・クローゼットが基本的に無い（布団ボックスになっている） ・物を置くところや引き出しなどが何も無い（結果的にダイニングテーブルに色々置くしかない） ・リビングに洗面所が無い。（シャワールームはあるが鏡が無い、上にもシャワールームあり） 設備面で良かったところ ・インテリアもおしゃれで綺麗でス。窓サッシも最新の物で締めると静かでした。 ・カプセル式のエスプレッソマシンとポッドのコーヒーがありがたかった。 ・毎日ルームクリーニングがあり、食器からベッドメイクまできれいになっていた。 ・バイシャシアード駅まで本当に近くて便利。アルファマ方面も近道でいける。 ・WiFiのパスワードもメールで連絡を頂きました。メール無いとだめですね。 結果としては初めてのアパートで色々と不便なところもあったのですが、結果としてはロケーションや景色、部屋の綺麗さななど良かったと思います。
