We enjoyed Abbotsford, but it definitely wasn't what we were expecting. Some social media influences make it seem like it's a small town, but it reminded us of a mini-Vancouver BC but with more farms and an industrial area and lots of shopping.

Excellent
Abbotsford is affordable and centrally located to all sorts of attractions for adults and kids alike. Just be aware of the traffic jams that bog up the hwy between Chilliwack and Langley - it WILL affect your travel times through this area every day.

Abbotsford was amazing. This was our first time coming up from the US, and we never ran out of things to do.
"We had an overnight stay at the Coast to visit family in the area. The location of the hotel is good for accessing shopping and is clean and well maintained. The only thing that could use improvement is the room carpet. The carpet was in good condition and not stained but it did have an odour. That is not uncommon in carpeted rooms in a humid climate. The room was large and comfortable and quiet for the amount of street traffic at this location. We would stay at this location again."
