"This is a wonderful property attached to Terminal 5 at London Heathrow. Access is so easy with carts available in the hotel lobby for accessing the airport for check in. Staff were very helpful. Room was quiet. Great bed and linens. Very comfortable. Executive lounge was nice with sodas, coffee, tea, and water. Breakfast and hot doevres well done. Only drawback is the hotel restaurant which is expensive high-end dining. Did not see a casual restaurant on site"
