Disgusting establishment. Stay away!
TERRIBLE experience. Dirty appliances with dried food stuck throughout. Foul order in building, hallways and room. Dirty linen upon arrival. COCKROACHES crawling on walls. We immediately checked out. Disgusting conditions.

Disappointed stay
We check into room 310 walked into the bathroom and there was a barley alive roach in the bathtub call tge front desk to inform them and the only thing that was offered was an apology right after i hung up the phone here comes another roach on the wall by the table called the front desk again they finally moved us to another room 334 which a little cleaner but the heater didn't work that well. As a motel general manager this has been the worst hotel i have ever stayed. This extended stay does not look like the pictures they advertise

Horrible
Horrible hotel when we got there the shower had not been cleaned. There was hair on the walls and the floor was slimey. Everything in the hotel was covered in black dust. There was a chair in the room that was covered in ants and traveled to our beds. Front desk was no help we asked for the room to be cleaned 3 times and it was never cleaned. Most horrible place I’ve ever been. Bad customer service.

The hotel is not bad for the price. The room was clean and functional. The only issue is a smell which sort of goes away when you turn on the air. I would recommend if you are on a budget!

This facility was awful! It smelled l, we burned candles & bought plug-ins and it still stank. People running & jumping above us all night, staff, with the exception of 1 new staff members were rude and nasty acting for customer service. I will NEVER stay at an Extended Stay again & I will deter everyone I can from staying there

The smell of the lobby and the stairwells consist of cigarettes, weed, and mold. Elevator was out of service so anytime you enter or leave the place you have to breathe in those smells. The rooms have cockroaches. Our sink had pieces of chicken from the previous guest who stayed there. There was mold all over the walls in the bathroom and on the bathroom door. Absolutely the worst place I've ever stayed at. The pool was also closed which they don't mention on the website. Overall it was terrible.

I would give a zero if I could. I wish I would’ve look at reviews before booking but my premature grandson was transferred to different hospital so I needed something close to hospital. My daughter had emergency c section and elevator was broken room on second floor and could not put us on the first floor. Room didn’t have toilet paper needed towels and floor was so dirty. Called front desk for coffee maker and dishes etc was told to come down stairs to get when it says in room that it would be delivered. Remote to TV did not work and couldn’t get one that work and staff was no help. There was a trash room on the floor and it was stacked half way up wall and garage left out all over the floor. The WiFi was down and Entry door closes to room was not working had to go around. Room keys not working had to get new keys. Dogs barking for at least 10 or more minutes then we left for hospital so don’t know how long they continued. Staff was rude and not helpful and I was told that there was not maintenance on site and that she was the only one working. When I checked in guy was with staff said he had been there almost 30 days and that staff had not changed his bedding or clean room in over 10 days.
