Not for me, at that price
The reception staff was suffering a bad cold, was not considerate of infecting others, and should not have been working. A 'clean' glass in the room had lip marks, and was certainly not clean. These issues alone were not a great start, but considering the costs of the hotel it was very basic, and below the standard I had expected. There was not lift to get bags to the reception area, and the I trrnal lift extremely small. Not a location I would use again or decomzat that price point.

This property is very nice, the rooms are quite large, beautiful bathroom, the bed was super confortable. The breakfast was excellente with a variety of things, loved the yogurt. Overall highly recommend it and the staff is lovely

Beautiful Room
Wonderful location close in walking distance to everything we wanted to see and a very beautiful room. HUGE closet as well which enabled us to store our belongings away from the floor around the bed like you need to do in so many hotel rooms. Thank you for a great stay!

The hotel was stylish, quiet and had a great location. Comfortable beds and nice breakfast. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was big but quite dark, and the views were onto a gray courtyard. The bathtub had a wrong plug, so you could not take a bath. The A/C made some weird noise, but otherwise it was very quiet every night. There was no coffeemaker in our room as advertised, but one was very quickly delivered when we asked about it. But these very just minor details. Overall a nice stay!

Die Unterkunft war perfekt für unseren Städtetrip. Das Auto hatten wir etwas außerhalb in einer der Park&Ride Parkhäuser stehen gelassen und sind dann mit U-Bahn angereist. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich.

Best boutique in Austria!
Fantastic boutique hotel. Staff was super helpful and kind. The lobby area was so inviting and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Room decor was gorgeous modern vintage design. Bed was very comfortable. Location was phenomenal! Right by all the museums and so many coffee places and restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay again:):):):)

Let down by silly things.
Minus a star for the awkward key-on-a-pound-of-brass door locks, it made coming and going awkward especially if the front desk was on a smoke break or you just left only to realize you forgot an umbrella. Just get normal locks. The room was huge but lacked a wardrobe or suitcase table to unpack properly. The neighborhood is a very pleasant spot outside of the tourist hub while still being near the underground and bus services, the view is of a parking garage.

Comfortable, convenient and buckets of character.
I booked my stay at Henri Vienna based on the strength of their Berlin sister hotel, and this visit didn’t disappoint. Located on a quiet side street in the Neubau area, the property is in easy walking distance to transit, dining and many of the tourist attractions Vienna is famous for. The rooms may be a little basic in terms of amenities, but more than makes up for that with loads of character and charm. Breakfast choices were numerous and staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. I had an early departure flight back to the states and reception was able to schedule a taxi to the airport at a fixed rate. When in Berlin or Vienna, I’ll be at the Henri.

Poor customer service
Service from the staff was poor, we purposely booked a room with a bath as my partner loves a bath and it was his birthday weekend, but arrived to find the bath not functioning, when we told the staff we were told “what do you expect me to do about it today”. It did finally get sorted late the following day but no compensation or decent apology was offered.
