The Good: very family friendly on Finest side and great wifi everywhere, even outdoors.
The Bad: everything else. Long delays for check-in, even with Finest Club. Failure to have actual room booked, then nerve to attempt the sale of an upgrade (laughing). Service is non existent, room service orders and simple requests (like water) are completely ignored, Finest Club service useless to fix even minor issues, room fridge and toiletries not restocked, food awful everywhere, inaccurate (mandatory) phone app, restaurants closed without notice, completely unpolished/unprofessional staff (although most were very kind). No benefit at all to paying for Finest Club access - there are no special perks or treatment and they don’t even check or enforce access to “club member only” areas.
Disclosure: This review is for a family with Finest Club access. AI’s are not our usual, but this was pitched as the best of the best. We had no special needs and very reasonable expectations considering it was an AI. This is NOT a luxury resort by any means if you are choosing between this and Casa de Campo, as we were, you now know which to choose - pay the extra money.
