DON'T STAY HERE!!! Hotel is dirty and tired. Carpet in rooms are all torn. Walls have cracks. Bed is old and lumpy. Pillows are soft and mushy. Towels are thread bare and you have to pick up additional towels at desk. Bathroom is missing sink stopper. Asked about free shuttle service to airport at 8 am, they said no worries, just come down and our driver will take you. Next morning when we came down to grab the shuttle they told us the driver was at Home Depot and will be back soon. We ended up calling an Uber. Free breakfast was only dry cereal and bagged muffins. We choose this hotel based on early flight and proximity to the airport. Never again. DO BETTER!

Had to change room as soon as I got there because the sink and tub drained slowly but the maintenance guy was really nice. The second room smelled like burnt popcorn every time we opened the microwave and the sink eventually clogged up as well. Front desk supervisor could use a refresher on customer service. I don’t think she would have changed my room if the maintenance guy didn’t tell her to. Thank you maintenance!

It was very clean everything at the hotel was great. Except the bed we had to sleep on. You could feel the springs coming thru matress. My husband and I woke up with back and lack of sleep trying to get comfortable

The bed was sunken in the middle and gave me the feeling of sleeping uphill. The worst thing though was that the shower never got up to a lukewarm temperature so I was unable to step in due to discomfort. I essentially had to sponge bathe carefully. I think what really got me was that when I mentioned it to the person at the front desk at checkout, her response was one that I would expect her to give a co-worker rather than a customer. She acknowledged what I was saying and starting to write a ticket to have it fixed. But there was no apology, question, or any expression of caring of what I went through because of it. Not even a thank you for letting her know. It was basically "I don't know what can cause that but I'll write a ticket to have it checked out". I know this may seem trite to some, but that reaction is the reason I'm writing this review at all.

This is a very basic, budget hotel. The staff was very friendly, but the room itself was so old. I am not super picky but the bathroom walls had huge cracks, holes, and the room was very outdated. That said, the bed was comfortable and it seemed clean- just old. The pull up on the shower didn't fully come out so the shower was awful. I am sure if I had asked, they would have moved me but it wasn't worth it to me for a quick overnight stay. Loved the free shuttle to airport. The shuttle driver (Chuck) was a really great guy and it was the easiest process. Overall, I would stay here again, but just expect that it isn't a new looking place. Oh, and the breakfast was pretty limited to bagels and other breads. If you expect protein options, they were limited to peanut butter.

We stayed one night 3 years ago and clearly nothing has been improved since then. This time 5 nights and we had to request towel change and trash empty after 3 nights. Carpeting is threadbare. A very basic breakfast included. For one night by the airport it's convenient but we won't be back.

Don’t stay here. There were rips in the carpet, stains on the wall, and the shower wasn’t working correctly. I wish I took pictures. We stuck it out and stayed for two nights, but will definitely NOT stay again. Spend the extra $50 a night and stay down the road. Worth every penny to upgrade to a different hotel.

Always heard they had a decent Pinot Noir from Scott, because when we'd do the house show loop, it's the first thing he looked for; city n state be damned: they got a la quinta, book it. Personally , when you find a good.... anything really... ya know, its likensnhytjinfĺ

Our television kept turning off. Although they had maintenance come and fix it it did it few more times after that. When we moved the dresser to fix it we found a pair of dirty underwear behind it. I tried to upload a photo but it wouldnt let me. We were surprised the maintenance guy didnt see them. There was some type of red guck on one of the lights light bulbs. They only gabe us 1 wash cloth for 2 people. When asked to change rooms we were told sorry but this is an older hotel.

A little disappointed, being that I have booked this hotel in the past. After leaving for the day, they didnt clean the room, I returned in the evening and had to request towels and was told they dont have any and are still in the process of cleaning them and would not be available till 9am the next day. Went down to get coffee in the am, and the creamers were all bad. After notifying staff, they did not remove, and another occupant had the same issue. Hair dryer in room was also not functional. Hotel was ok, but a lot of little things are not maintained and kept up on.
