Great, but with a major reservation.
This hotel is fabulous with a gym, outdoor pool and 3 on-site restaurants. The only problem is that it is far from everything, especially mass transportation. Had I known the difficulty of getting around, I would not have stayed at this hotel.

Stay was very nice, great location, safe location. Our bed was clean, nice matress, and bedding. The lobby areas of hotel were very nice and updated. When we went up elevator, they were dated, every upper floor we saw was extremely dated from carpets, decor, down to needing a fresh coat of paint. Our room was dated but clean.

Great hotel
We like this hotel and have been before. Yes it's maybe dated but everything is clean and crisp white sheets. A really big room and as we carry a lot of luggage that suits us. Always a friendly smile and welcome. Taxi/tuk tuk ready to take you to nearby attractions. Pool looked lovely but apparently a bit cold so I didn't venture. Will stay here again.

Disappointing
We had stayed in this hotel before many years ago but this time we were very disappointed. The hotel is dated and we weren’t made to feel welcome. The room was very tired and in need of refurbishment. It was also dirty with so much dust behind the bedside drawer that it must not have been attended to in a long while. The beds were also hard and uncomfortable. The only positive is the good location as is very close to the popular temples in Bangkok.

The hotel was nice just not what I was expecting as it was advertised 4 star. I would not say this is the case. The photos do not match what the hotel is like now. If you’re looking for a nice, basic hotel then great but if you’re wanting 4 star luxury maybe head somewhere else. Just needs some TLC and things fixing in the room.
