the hotel has a great location , 16 min walk to plaza mayor,, rooms are clean and seem remodeled beds are a little hard just as the pillows ,, bathroom is clean ,, ac never really worked so it was warm ,,we opened the windows ,, good for the price,,

Great stay! The terrace room was large and it was great being able to sit out in the mornings/evenings so would definitely upgrade to this room again if I go back to Madrid! The pool area was great, didn’t have any issues! We ate breakfast once in the restaurant but as a picky eater it wasn’t for me but there was a selection of pastries, fruits, cold meats & cooked breakfast. The location of the hotel was great and I would stay here again!
