Overall a bad experience, starting with the automated chatbot service, which is terrible and gives zero trust in the pre-checkin phase. I was so insecure about arriving after hours and not being able to get in in the middle of the night, that I paid for a night in a hotel before checking in the next morning. But the worst was yet to come. Although the apartment has a great location and is in a high-end building, the dirt, the lack of basic maintenance and the lack of attention to detail, was scary. Disgusting.
