Really disappointing
The hotel was not what I expected for a 4 star hotel. The whole hotel was really shabby and tired. The air conditioning was running so fast that the whole hotel smelled of mold. My room was as bad as the rest of the hotel and the drone of the air conditioning was so loud I needed earplugs. Breakfast was reasonably good. I cut my stay and changed hotel. The area was a good 30 minute drive to the city centre, and the airport was well over an hour away. The distances shown on the hotel website do not correspond with the actual driving time.

This is a really nice hotel for the price! The staff are friendly. The rooms are clean. The breakfast buffet is pretty good and pool area is spacious and relaxing. The shower in our room was a little slow to drain and the shower head could be upgraded, but this is a minor issue! Highly Recommend for anyone traveling in South Jakarta! ^_^

Near hotel there is Lippo Mall Keman, there are so many good restaurants, so every night we enjoyed dinner there. This property probably was a 4-star hotel a long time ago but now it’s a 3. The hallway carpet is torn and the AC in my room didn’t get to the low temperature I wanted even after the maintenance crew adjusted it. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful!
