I had an absolutely horrible experience at this Red Roof Hotel. My husband, who doesn’t speak English, was treated with blatant discrimination. Instead of being patient or respectful, the staff made us feel unwelcome. One staff member in particular, Billy, was incredibly rude and had an attitude the entire time. She showed zero professionalism and treated us as if we didn’t belong there.To make matters worse, they escalated the situation by calling the police on us when we hadn’t done anything wrong and was just simply trying to get a room to sleep. It felt like we were targeted simply because of a language barrier, which is unacceptable and discriminatory. No guest deserves to be treated this way.
If you value respectful and fair treatment, avoid this hotel at all costs. I would never recommend staying here.
