It was a nice and clean environment, not rowdy at all and close to a bus stop. The room was very nice as well but you have to control the heating yourself. The wifi could be worked on though cause we were barely getting any signals where we stayed. In all it was a chilled, nice and cozy room for myself and my partner.

They allowed me early check in, the posted time for check out is 10 so be prepared to leave right at 10 because there is no staff available to refund your deposit and the cleaning staff aren’t equipped to sort any issues out

Cheap option near central Edinburgh
This was a transit stop for me and the cheapest I could find near Edinburgh Waverley Station. I had a small single room with Skylight window only, Shower in the room and separate ensuite toilet and hand basin. Room was very clean, and tea making facilities provided. Water pressure was good and Wifi also okay. TV reception not so good for ITV. No Elevator. Longish walk from the station but felt safe at 9.30pm. I would definitely stay again.

Equipe sympathique, chambre correct mais les fenêtres laisse passer l'ai si bien que le nuit est très froid surtout que la couette n'est pas bien grande ni épaisse. Notre chambre était situé à côté de l'entrée principale et nous avons subi des claquement de porte toute la nuit

If you want somewhere to bed down at night and have a shower, this place is ok. Near a tram stop to take you anywhere in edinburgh (£5 for an all day ticket is really good) . End of the day you get what you pay for hotelwise. It was comfortable and useful.

Good hotel
The stay was great. Me and my partner would deffo come again, the only 2/3 issues we had were the shower and bed. The bed- was very noisy. You would either just sit on it or move to a comfier position and it would sound like it’s waking the whole hotel up. The shower- the drainage wasn’t great as the basin was full, luckily we didn’t have a shower long enough to over flow, and on the not showering long enough, my partner couldn’t wash her hair properly as the shower went freezing even with the hot water turned on Heating- the heating isn’t controlled by the occupants in the room and would be turned off randomly. As during the day the room was cold but couldn't warm it up. And turned off in the evening.

The room and bathroom was to small, the walls was not sound proof I could have here people in they room, also they need to update the heater. The only good thing about the property is the location. I will not stay in that accommodation again

Not what we expected
Room was clean and looked great but service wasn’t very helpful on the website we were told there is car park available but unfortunately there wasn’t and we had to rush in the morning to get the car from the street and when staff got challenged they couldn’t give an explanation why or where we could park very ignorant as well like you didn’t feel welcome at all

Room was great for what we needed - a base to explore Edinburgh from. Staff were v helpful. Would consider staying here again. However parking fees were excessive for on street parking at £15.40 for 4 hours one day and £5.90 for 90 mins the next day 😱
