Çalışanlar çok kibardı ve çok ilgililerdi. Otel dört dörtlüktü. Annemle ramazan bayramında konaklama yaptık. Anne kız dinlenme için harika bir seçimdi. Otelde her yaş grubundan insan vardı ve bayram kalabalıklığı olmasına rağmen her imkandan yararlandık. Sabah kahvaltısı mükemmeldi. Akşam yemeği için otelin restorantı tam anlamı ile yemeklerde zengindi. Bursalılar çok şanslı. Otele tekrar gelmek isteriz. Her personele teşekkür ederiz.

Personellerin hepsi çok güler yüzlü ve işlerinde iyiydiler. Otelin imkanları da yeterli idi. Oda temizliğine gelince somut olarak pis bir şey yoktu çok da temizdi. Fakat bir koku hususu vardı. Normal bir koku değildi ve o kokuyu da yok edememişlerdi. Onun haricin de kahvaltısı-Spa'sı çok güzeldi. Tek olumsuz yorumum koku ve onu da bir ön önce çözmelerini rica ederiz.
