Nous avions réservés pour 4 nuits dans cet hôtel pensant que la chambre serait comme celle que vous présenter en photo, seulement voilà, nous sommes tombés sans doute sur la pire chambre (Odysséa) que vous ayez (à peine 7m2) avec un lit de 140 très inconfortable et une salle de bain dont on ne pouvait pas ouvrir la porte entièrement (pourquoi en mettre une dans ces conditions!!) et étions obligés de se laver les dents de profil car pas de recul suffisant. Nous sommes donc restés une seule nuit et sommes parties ailleurs ce qui a engendré des frais supplémentaires pour nous. Nous avons quand même payés cette chambre 200 € la nuit pour un cagibi c'est honteux cela ne vaut même pas 50 €!! L'autre hôtel était au même prix pour 25m2 et tout confort!, je pense qu'il serait bon de revoir vos tarifs ou de ne pas loué cette chambre qui n'en est pas une! En France, la superficie de moins de 9 m2 n'est pas autorisé. A bon entendeur Sophie choloux

Great staff and awesome location.

I had an awesome stay! Would highly recommend. It’s tucked away in a quiet street with walking distance to many fantastic sites. Lots of awesome restaurants around. Beds are comfortable. Shower works great and is warm. They have a bidet. The bathroom is a bit small but works m. Very clean rooms with fresh linens and towels. Excellent service at the front desk. Very friendly and attentive. They checked on us prior and during our stay. They were able to get us a taxi to the airport very easily.

Ingen luksus, men veldig bra i forhold til pris

Lite hotell med begrenset service og resepsjon åpen bare på dagtid. Jeg hadde et lite rom med veldig trangt bad. Nesten umulig å komme ut og inn av dusjen. Rommet var imidlertid rent, velholdt og veldig stille. Sengen var god og Aircon fungerte noenlunde. Hotellets beliggenhet er utmerket med mange gode spisesteder innenfor få hundre meters avstand. Hotellet tilbyr ikke frokost, men jeg fant ypperlige kafeer like rundt hjørnet. Kommer gjerne igjen.

Leider können wir diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen. Unser Aufenthalt war von Beginn an von erheblichen Mängeln begleitet. Das erste Zimmer (101) war in einem unzumutbaren Zustand: Das Bad war verschimmelt, überall war es nass, es roch unangenehm und die Sauberkeit ließ stark zu wünschen übrig. Besonders besorgniserregend war, dass es aus der Deckenlampe tropfte und sich eine große Pfütze bildete – das Zimmer war damit eigentlich unbewohnbar. Trotz dieser Umstände wurden wir vom Personal dazu aufgefordert, dort im Dunkeln zu duschen. Das Personal zeigte sich zunächst wenig lösungsorientiert und erst nach längerem Drängen wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer (301) zugewiesen. Doch auch dieses war keine Verbesserung: Es roch stark nach Abwasser, insbesondere im Badezimmer, das wir deshalb verriegeln mussten, um eine weitere Ausbreitung des Geruchs im Raum zu verhindern. Auch das Wasser aus dem Hahn roch bereits unangenehm, was uns sehr zu denken gab. Auffällig war, dass beide betroffenen Zimmer – 101 und 301 – jeweils die “1er-Zimmer” der jeweiligen Etage waren. Nur das Bad von Zimmer 102, das wir freundlicherweise zwischenzeitlich nutzen durften, war sauber und geruchsfrei. Dies legt den Verdacht nahe, dass vor allem die 1er-Zimmer von massiven baulichen oder hygienischen Problemen betroffen sind. Positiv hervorzuheben ist einzig die Bereitschaft, uns zwischendurch ein anderes Bad zur Verfügung zu stellen – ansonsten war der Aufenthalt leider eine Enttäuschung.

This place is great for what it is! We were in a small room with a private bathroom and it was exactly that! We spent our time in Rome and needed a safe place to rest at the end of each day. The staff were lovely and helpful, cleaning was done daily and we felt safe and able to walk to all of the best spots! Would highly recommend if you're not expecting anything luxurious or where you'll spend a bunch of time!

We stayed at Antica Locanda dell'Orso with this being the last stop in a world tour. Overall, it was ok. We found that the walls are extremely thin (we could hear anyone and everyone come and go), There was what looked like mold in the bathroom, and as for being labeled "luxury rooms", it's far from it (I'm sorry but its true). Now, with that out of the way, the saving grace here is the staff. They were the best part of this stay. All staff were friendly and helpful. The building is located right around the corner almost to the Pantheon, so it's a good base for people who are interested in seeing sites. We found the rooms small even for EU standards, but we will say that the water pressure was outstanding. Personally, we won't return for another stay and probably won't recommend it either. Normally, we wouldn't say much as we usually "go with the flow", but for the money, rent somewhere else.
