Upon arrival, the porte cochere was occupied with a large white van, which was transporting guests to the hotel. Unfortunately the driver was inconsiderate of the other hotel guests, and blocked the entire area with the van, causing guests to have to find a parking spot far from the entrance to check in to the hotel. Extremely challenging if you have luggage and mobility issues.
Once inside, we had to wait 15 minutes before a front desk agent arrived to check us in to our hotel room. The agent was rigid and stoic, and offered no remorse for our wait time. It was quite a shock to see the name badge Alisha Davis as the front desk manager who was processing my reservation. Zero personality, and borderline rude when I asked a few clarifying questions about thier 3rd party pay to park qr code. She did not offer the wifi password, and when asked, was extremely curt and condescending. I am shocked that any hotel would put someone like this up as the face of their hospitality services, especially as a manager. At least she was consistent, as I witnessed her mistreat all other guests that approached her.
Once we got to our hotel room, we were met with a dirty room, with a lack of detailed cleanliness in key areas. I tried to upload photos, but the app isn't functioning foe photo uploads.This hotel is right next to a busy freeway with loud cars/open exhaust racing by at all hours of the day and night. I will never, ever stay here again.
