Hotel is ok but.....
I stayed at this hotel just for a weekend in February. Whole area in Winterberg was very crowded for ski holiday and there's no parking space available at the hotel. I had to hunt for a parking space for more than one hour.
I was charged for a hotel fee when I checked in. Then, I realised that I had already paid it to Hotels.com. After my claim, hotel admitted that I was double charged and they said they will refund. However, I still haven't got refund, questions sent by e-mail were ignored, no information given so far.... I’m hoping they pay me back very soon.
Room was fair, wifi didn't work, breakfast was good. Very near to a ski rental shop and not so far from ski slopes but a little far to town centre. Location on the map on Hotels.com website is wrong.
