Really helpful front-desk, everything was easy amd smooth, even when ordering up some items. The only thing was there was no ammenities, which seems to be a thing in HK. You can refill your water bittle and get some hot water for tea or coffee on the 19th floor. As well as a small gym for some simpler workout. The beds were super comfty and there were not too much to complain about, the space is smartly plan and I would say its generally a bit bigger than a japanese business hotel. Fitted to normal sized people without problem.
