Stayed here for a couple of nights while visiting the Motorhome show at the NEC. Clean room and comfortable bed. There was a wedding in while we there and thought the celebrations might have kept us awake but we never heard a thing. Breakfast was excellent, especially the fresh fruit salad. Waiting staff were really friendly and helpful

Lovely hotel in a lovely setting.
The hotel is lovely and clean and room 6 was spacious with. Four poster bed and lovely big bath and seperate shower. The breakfast was really good and the waitress was excellent. All in all an enjoyable stay and would hesitate on going back.

A lovely country house hotel in a quiet setting but close to good road links to the midlands . Staff were professional friendly and well trained , spacious bedroom was very comfortable and immaculate but a little out of date , food was excellent in pleasant surroundings, parking good . Hotel was amazing but my only negative comment and I know others thought the same. Breakfast finishing at 9.30am on a Sunday. When we asked why they said to get ready for Sunday Lunch. Solely because of this we won’t stay again

My car broke down then my wife had to go to hospital with severe stomach pain. She has suspected appendicitis. We phoned the hotel who refused a refund or change if date even under exceptional circumstances! They said nothing they could do as booked through Hotels.com. Hoping Hotels.com can refund our £265 as hotel bring very unreasonable
