Avoid the liars
I booked a room at this place for two nights. We were arriving early morning with a night bus and I wanted a room so I booked starting from the previous day. When we arrived the lady at the reception who speaks no English at all, called another one. She doesn't speak a lot either. Instead of giving us a room, she called another person. He gave us the room... I contacted them three times by email explaining why I made a booking for two nights and once I even received an "it ok" answer. When they wanted to make me pay for the fit breakfast I realized they didn't understand a word. We booked this place, because they offer according to their page free bicycles. They denied, they said they don't. I showed them their own page they didn't care. They argued me. Either they are liars or the don't understand how to use the platform they accept bookings through. By the way, there was no TV or safe either - not like the description says. We asked for a laundry service specifying that we need the clothes back next morning. They said ok. We received them back wet, partly dirty and one top missing. The breakfast is good. Avoid these people at all costs.
