Even though under construction the staff made sure we were not bothered. The construction worker even helped an elderly lady get to her room. My only complaint was our room was colder than a well diggers fanny. But for the price, everything was fine!

Disappointing Embassy Suites
Pretty disappointed with this place. We arrived after 8:30 and there wasn’t a room ready for us. There was only one lady working the desk, and scrambling to address numerous customer needs. She was very nice and apologetic but they need more staff on a busy Saturday night! We finally got up to a room and found the toilet was disgusting, and we had to wait another hour for room service before we could take showers and get to bed. The redeeming quality was a great breakfast in the morning!

It was good just going through a remodel but prices were still the same even with all the construction going on and the dirt and dust throughout the hotel.

Pass on this one.
Hotel is ok but the service was terrible. Front desk clerk was too busy talking to check us in. The evening reception was not even set out until almost 6 and then it was the most random stuff. The only positive was the breakfast was good.

I have been staying at the Embassy Suites every time we were in Tulsa since I was a young girl in the late 80’s.. It was my mother favorite place to stay when we’d come to town. The location is the perfect place to stay. From shopping, to eating, to play for the you and old alike. Every room I have ever stayed in is very spacious. I’ve slept 2-6 and all slept great. Even the pull out sofa.
They were in the middle of a big update and remodel of the rooms our last stay in July. We hardly noticed It was so quiet during our stay.
We’re coming back to town in October for a concert @Bok. I can’t wait to see what they’ve gotten done since our last stay. I know we’ll be using the hot tub and pool. Both have a chair lift that allows me to get in and out so easy. Embassy Suites is one of the few motels I have found that have accessible for guests with the need.
One thing’s for sure, the breakfast is always amazing and so is the staff. ♥️
