Excellent service, friendly staff, very clean, modern rooms and its in the heart of oldtown. Could not believe the owner met us at the gate of oldtown to take us to the hotel and walked us back when we leaving to make sure we are getting on the right taxi to the airport. I would deffinitely stay here again!!

Highly recommend
Damir and the entire staff were so kind, friendly, and helpful. They made us feel very welcome and looked after. Highly recommend this location! Also, the location is very convenient to everything in the Old Town. We would definitely stay here again if/when we visited Dubrovnik. Thanks for the wonderful experience ☺️

It’s beautiful, classy, clean, and the staff is wonderful. Stan, who made us coffees and breakfasts as well as helped with luggage, is a lovely and warm person with excellent hospitality. I plan to be in Dubrovnik again and would not stay anywhere else but here.

My stay was great. The whole staff was helpful and informative. The bedroom and bed was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and so was the service from Stan. I will have to come back to eat dinner since we didn’t have enough time.

Our entire experience with Guesthouse fourth four was great. Before we even arrived we had communication from the manager asking if we needed anything special as well as offering service to be picked up. Upon arrival we were greeted in a friendly, welcoming and helpful manor which continued with every interaction The manager Demir was beyond accommodating and literally made us feel like one of his family. The staff including David, Dinko, Luka, Greg were all friendly and helpful with every and all requests The property was conveniently located in the Old City giving easy access to all our activities. The room was comfortable, very clean and more than adequate. The breakfasts were good and served to order and also had 1 excellent dinner in the restaurant as well. Would highly recommend this property

Damir and the rest of the staff here were very accommodating and friendly! The room was clean, decorated in a tasteful manner with modern furniture and premium bath products. The property is central to all things in the Old Town area. For no good reason I was skeptical at the time of booking but from the moment I stepped through the restaurant doors and walked up to the room, I knew this was the right decision - and indeed it was!

The property was not really what I expected. Scheduling a private transfer from the airport was challenging. The driver was not easily seen,held a small piece of paper up for my name. I spent 20 min on the phone back n forth with the hotel. The staff was definitely frustrated as was I, but better planning and communication should have happened. once i arrived at the hotel, the staff was nicer and helpful. My transfer back to the airport should have been at the hotels expense considering the first one. The room was fine, outdated for sure. The bed was really hard and the pillows were flat. Breakfast in the morning, i am not sure what it was. I only looked 1x and i saw cereal? But i never planned to eat it anyway. You can hear people above you in the room, but not too bad other than that the area is quiet. You do get multiple actual keys for the hotel. For a man, im not sure how they would carry in their pockets. getting into the place locking and unlocking is a bit of a hassle but you get use to it.

Lovely property right in the busy centre of the old town of Dubrovnik. All the rooms have been renovated to a very high standard, all in a different style. The hotel also has a high standard restaurant which many people appear to enjoy. Staff were all friendly and helpful, and eager to offer advice on how best to visit the city. The only disappointment was breakfast which really appeared to be an afterthought. Our friendly waiter had to run round the corner to a local bakery to buy us bread or a croissant, well short of the sort of luxurious buffet continental breakfast you would expect in a boutique hotel of this standard. I truly hope they sort this.
