To be honest I was pretty impressed with the room, there was a double and a single bed, two sofas, some chairs, a desk and a good size TV that I could sign in on to watch iPlayer.
What annoyed me more than anything was the woman on the front desk for check-in. She was clearly doing something when we arrived to check-in (which was late in the day but not outside the check-in hours) and instead of any sort of greeting she just stared at me, considering I had bags with me I was obviously there to check-in, she could have said hello, or asked me my name but she just stared for a good five seconds without saying anything. Her tone was quite off and even my teen thought she was unpleasant and they don't pay attention to anything.
