Check in clerk was very delightful… created a feel good impression.. didn’t go straight to the room, went to dinner came back later went in room and it was 2 Queen beds not the King I had in my confirmed email. Went back to desk and the not so very pleasant clerk that helped said she saw on her computer where the assistant manager had changed it. No more King beds, she said Expedia just picks King not knowing if they have them, all though I acted as if I was going to book it and it showed King bed available. They emailed me to tell me the hotel was under renovation and something’s would not be available, but can’t email me to tell me I don’t have the room I requested… I would’ve cancelled and booked somewhere else to get what I paid for. Beds were comfortable, but found small screws on the floor in the room. 3 spread across the room.. quiet location. When checking in the not so friendly clerk was helping another gentleman and she was also not so friendly to him, wish I knew the names, because the first clerk I dealt with was Fantastic!!!
