The bed is comfy but the rest is not great.
The room was not vacuumed well. We found a piece of nail that was definitely not ours on the floor.
We stayed for a week and even after they came to clean, there were some bits on the floor from the night before.
Since the entire room floor was covered with carpet, it did not feel super clean and safe to walk on with bare feet.
Despite calling the reception to install the extra bed in the room for my kid, when we came back to the hotel after our day of strolling in the city, the bed was not made. Only when I called again saying that I was disappointed, and leaving a note for the cleaning crew, the installation was made.
The double bed was comfy though, and the kids found the extra beds comfy, the sheets were soft. The hotel is also super well located in town.
Note that the bathroom is super tiny and not very functional.
Very little service in the hotel. Past 11pm the only food they can serve are paninis that they need 40 minutes to make.
It’s in my opinion the least I got for my money at a hotel.
