I spent 12 days at this property, and while the images do not accurately represent the reality, my stay was not entirely unpleasant. I appreciated the hotel’s charming layout, which, though small, was quite appealing. However, I have several concerns regarding the condition of my room. The walls were marked, the ceilings were stained, and a fresh coat of paint was clearly needed. Upon my arrival, I was informed that the ice machine was out of order, requiring me to use the one at the sister property across the street. Initially, this was not an issue, but after a few days, that machine also malfunctioned, leaving me to purchase ice from CVS for cold beverages. Additionally, the lamp in my room was nonfunctional, though I managed with the bedside lamps. The carpet was unclean, and the floors could have benefited from a thorough mopping. The television remote was unreliable, and the pool and jacuzzi were often dirty, with tiles around the pool in disrepair. Furthermore, the trash was not collected for several days. I was also perplexed by the staff's attempts to enter my room despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign being displayed. The primary advantage of this hotel is its central location, providing easy access to restaurants, shops, and stores. This property is in dire need of significant renovations. Overall, I would rate my experience as 5 out of 10. Would I consider staying here again? I must firmly say no.
