Leaves a lot to be desired ($ too good to be true)
Untidy: poor clean up by maid service after last guest. A bar of used soap lay on the pump of the in-shower shampoo, a man's pair of short hung from the hook in the bathroom, and a toe nail was on the carpet next to the bed. The shower wasn't very clean.
Poor maintenance: The toilet paper holder was broken and the toilet paper kept falling off. There were some holes in the bathroom wall.
Other stuff: Ice only on first floor. It took a long time to get hot water to the faucets. The water was very hot. The faucets were hard to adjust, fine line between hot and cold and in the middle of my shower the water when very cold for about 20 seconds and then went back to the temperature it was set at. We didn't even go to breakfast after reading other review
Things that may matter to you: The shower had in-the-shower pump style body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There was no elevator and we were on the second floor. The TV was a bit hard to navigate. The property borders train tracts, so a train came through about 6:15 am (whistle and all), plus it must have been garbage pick up day as we could hear the truck backing up around 5:30 am. The heater was a bit loud.
Things I liked: The room was minimal. No way you could forget to take all of your stuff home with you (Except some how those short from the previous guest got left behind??) Only extras were an ironing board, iron, refrigerator, and microwave (no hair dryer). One tiny bar soap, 2 lotions and 2 towels sets in the bathroom.
