Um pouco frustrados
Ouvimos falar muito bem do Hotel. Quando chegamos ao Hotel fomos bem recebidos e fomos para o nosso quarto. Como tinhámos optado por um Bangalô com vista mar e aí veio a primeira decepção. Para vermos o Mar teríamos que subir escadas e ir até o terraço do quarto. No quarto recebemos algumas frutas a título de amenidades. Achamos o quarto amplo porém a cama tinha o colchão muito macio o que não proporcionou um bom descanso. Utilizamos a Sauna que é muito boa! O café da manhã é bom com boa variedade de frutas, queijos e frios! Recentemente voltamos do Hotel Miramalfi, em Amalfi, Itália, que tinha a mesma avaliação do Hotel Fasano de Trancoso, avaliação 10/10. Na nossa avaliação o Hotel da Itália realmente merece essa avaliação porém o Hotel Fasano Trancoso não merece a mesma avaliação apesar de ser um Hotel muito bom! Ficamos um pouco frustrados! Acreditamos que outros fatores devem ser considerados nas avaliações tais como localização, instalações de uma maneira geral incluindolouças, talheres e etc e ainda serviços ofertados como transportes incluídos na estadia, sendo que os valores das diárias é similar.

O hotel é simplesmente maravilhoso. Os bangalôs oferecem tranquilidade e privacidade. O atendimento do hotel desde a recepção aos garçons e outros serviços é impecável. A praia de Itapororoca é uma das mais lindas da região ( procure maré baixa para ir) . O quadrado fica a 20 minutos de carro. Acredito que o hotel poderia disponibilizar um transporte pelo valor da diária. O serviço de comida no quarto é fabuloso, tudo preparado para seu conforto e com muita qualidade. O restaurante tivemos algumas ressalvas. Pedimos algumas entradas de carpaccio de salmão e ceviche que não estavam muito boas. Então, ficamos um pouco preocupados dos pratos não agradarem e acabamos não jantando muito no hotel. O valor das entradas e refeições são caras, como tudo em trancoso. Mas o problema não é o valor, visto que quando vc viaja vc já sabe que vai pagar mais caro. O problema é quando não está tão bom e ai o valor fica complicado. Mas mesmo assim falamos com o hotel e eles fizeram o possível para amenizar essa situação. Minha esposa não come glúten e pedimos antecipadamente por pães sem glúten. Durante nossa estadia de 5 dias, dois dias não tinha pães sem glúten no hotel. Nesse nível de atendimento não deveria faltar. Enfim, hotel maravilhoso e com certeza voltaríamos. Experiência extraordinária.
