A place to relax

I just wanted somewhere quiet that I could sit by the beach, read, & relax. I didn't choose to come to Fl, so I could at least pick where I got to relax at.
This is right on the boardwalk, off of the beach, so if they're loud out on the boardwalk, or they're doing work on the beach, you hear it. (Not the hotel's fault, just something to keep in mind.)
My issues: the electrical outlet next to the bed didn't work, the floor was covered in a fine layer of sand from the moment I walked in, if not before (& strands of fake green hair from Halloween), & there were still handprints on the headboard from the visitors before me.
Otherwise, the room was spotless. No bugs. The shower was great: fantastic water pressure & hot water. The bed was comfortable. I had zero issues with the wifi, & I didn't use the parking.
