The property has nice greenery and outdoor area. However it doesn’t look like a hotel. It is more like a motel. The rates are also cheap so can’t expect much facilities. Overall a budget stay and good for a one night stay kind. You can sit outside your room in an open area and have a cup of drink and feel the natural ambience.

We reserved an upgraded room with a king bed, but when we arrived we were given a room with a double bed. After talking with the front desk staff who insisted that they had given us the correct room in spite of me showing them my reservation, the staff was able to put us in a room with 2 double beds.

Pour 30€ la nuit on ne s’attend pas à du grand luxe ! C’était correcte pour notre nuit à notre arrivée au Mexique directement après l’aéroport… cependant pas d’eau chaude, pas de serviettes de bain et débit de chasse d’eau très faible :( le lit était propre et confortable, la Clim fonctionnait bien Nous ne sommes pas restés sur Cancún donc nous voulions être proche de la station ADO et c’était le cas avec cet hotel Par contre les alentours ne sont vraiment pas très chaleureux… Donc comme dit pour dépanner pour une nuit ça passe vu le prix !

there was no internet working most of the time. never in the rooms, only in lobby and slow. i had no tv. for 14 days out of a month. told them many times. i asked for a refund and they refused to give me even a partial refund. we would lose our money if we went to another hotel. it felt like a jail. stay far away.

Inexpensive, safe place to stay
If your goal is to have a less expensive, comfortable, safe place to sleep after a full day of being out being a tourist, this is the place. Stayed for 5 days, 4 nights in mid-January. Room was cleaned & serviced daily. First thing I did was check for bed bugs, nothing was found. But keep luggage closed, unless you want little iguanas/lizards slipping in, it is MX afterall. At night the gate to enter is closed for safety, but there’s always someone at the desk to let you in/out as needed. Although room was clean, we kept our window closed because it had the worst view, trash. It faced the back/side of the hotel,& all there was was trash bag, random boxes,etc. The room also does not have any drawer space, or place to put luggage up. You just have a small “closet”, no hangers. Because of the weather, 80s heat, plus rain, it gets very humid inside, our beach clothes, towels wouldn’t dry. But we asked the front desk to put them in the dryer for us on our last night, so as to not travel with wet clothing in our suitcase. Our passport ended up getting a little warped from the humidity. Had to stuff them under the bed to help flatten them back out. Small pool was very nice & felt private. Comfortably you can have 5-6 people,& have space to sit & relax in it. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. Location is great. Will definitely return.

Zona molto scomoda, oltre 15 minuti a piedi dall'ADO, lontana dai colectivos e in una zona poco servita. La receptionist non ci ha aiutato nel capire come muoverci per raggiungere la zona hotelera (ci ha consigliato un taxi costoso, ma poi abbiamo scoperto esserci un autobus a 1 dollaro.) Peccato perché la stanza era comoda e con un letto molto molto grande. Bagno spartano.

OK for the price
We needed somewhere close to the bus station to sleep the night before our flight, and this place sufficed. You get what you pay for. Simple room, good TV with a few English-speaking channels. Free coffee and water but no ice. No bar or restaurant. Clerk didn't speak any English (which is OK) and when asked about restaurants, didn't even mention a couple of places close by. Mattress was a bit firm but we survived. There is a pool, though we didn't use it.
