Though the bed was clean and comfortable, and other guests very quiet, traffic.started about 6 am with trucks that rumbled the room. The room was only cleaned once and vacuumed twice in six days. We ran out of soap and were without a bath mat for several days. It's run down and the continental breakfast very disappointing (bagels, cream cheese, butter, oatmeal, and coffee available). It's inconvenient to get into as you have to travel through the grocery store parking lot across the hwy to face the right direction to enter the lot. After booking it, my student told me the largest encampment of homeless is about two blocks away. There are reputable businesses in the area and we had no issues with parking or security. However, it is a difficult part of town to navigate. Very basic motel.
