Small but adequate for overnight!
For the price in Sedona this is a great place for the night- I would not stay here longer than two nights at the most. Great location and really was wired but super small for too long of a stay. Sedona is great for being outside- they tried to have sitting areas outside but they were old and dated and I did not feel comfortable outside. The room was clean and bed was a little hard but definitely not bad. No room to have an easy chair to sit in, small table to work at and it was quiet so for this price you can’t beat it in Sedona!

Hot tub not heated.
The room was clean, we got a text by noon giving us the room number and code to enter at 3 p.m. No one is on the property to sign you in. The property advertises a hot pool and bathrobes, the hot tub wouldn't heat and no robes.

Simple and Affordable
Smooth check-in and check-out process, it’s all contactless so there’s no need to worry about getting info from a receptionist (there isn’t one but they do respond by phone call promptly). They will send your room details to your phone number right before it’s time to check-in.
The location is in a prime spot of Sedona, closely located to almost everything you can imagine!
The room was good, the shower water was hot, and there’s a small fridge and microwave to use in the room, as well as a TV!
I’ll be staying here again on my next trip to Sedona. Easy and affordable!!

The rooms need to update and the bathroom sink and toilet are very low to the ground and I am 5 feet and 1 inch. The mattress was to firm.

This is a 1 star motel at best. Property pics are misleading. Tiny, dirty outdoor seating facing a fence to a residential property. Chair swing is dirty and the fabric ripped. Beds are uncomfortable. No usb lamps or even bedside table. Very old property. No one onsite in the office. Difficult to contact anyone. We helped a couple who didn’t get their access code finally get someone to help them. The person on the phone gave them the code to the lock box with all of the keys without even asking their name or verifying their reservation!

Never again!
I had an allergic reaction to a smell in the room! I could not stay! I was there less than an hour! My eyes turned red and swelled up and I got a headache. I don't know if it was from cleaning solutions or bug spray. Should be refunded the room fee!

Was really looking forward to the hot tub. Just tracked the Grand Canyon. The hot tub has been closed down by the health inspector. Appears to have been closed for a while. I would not have booked this place if I had known the hot tub was not in service

What an absolute nightmare of a place. Avoid at all costs! Arrived, nobody on site and didn't have wifi to access door code. When we eventually did get access, upon opening the room door, the smell of chemicals was so overpowering it triggered my asthma. We waited 45 minutes with the door open and fans on trying to get rid of the smell. It didn't work as after waiting 45 minutes, upon entering the room it triggered another asthma attack. We had no choice but to seek an alternate accommodation. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY...! With nobody on site we couldn't discuss the situation with anyone and were told online it was a non refundable room. DISGUSTED.

Hi. This is a virtual check-in hotel. The customer is suppose to get an email with the door code, etc. I didn't. I called and texted repeatedly. I waited for 45 minutes.
Their website says: USB plugs. There weren't any.
It says: Free Breakfast. Nope.
It says: Cable TV. Another nope.
It says: Hot Tub. No. See second picture.
I couldn't get the internet to work.
Room was fine, bed not terrible.
Better than sleeping in the car.

I never saw a person face to face, it was all via text, to enter the code into the room was at least a 2 or 3 attempts. Walking in and the smell of cleaning product was so strong, but the room wasn't very clean. i felt that this place needed alot of TLC, in the rooms and just around the property in general. We basically slept there and i couldn't wait to get out of there in the morning!
