Excellent hotel for a relaxing holiday.
An excellent hotel, with fantastic staff and perfect for a family holiday. 2 different pool areas, one with slides and activites and the other one much quieter. A couple of mins to the private beach. Hotel doesn't have many English guests but this was not an issue. All the staff work extremely hard. Excellent food, never dull and snacks throughout the day and good choice of drinks. Room was in the main building, and had plenty of space with a room for the kids. Slightly worn in parts but minimal - would definitely go again, kids loved it.

Close to beach, but needs better beds and wifi
Nice hotel, friendly staff, OK food. Excellent location if you are interested in water sports on Marmari beach (Kitesurfing, Wind Surfing, cat sailing, kajak, stand up paddle all conveniently located with instructors and rental of good equipment on the beach). The matresses in the beds are rock hard and will not give you a comfortable vacation. Even my kids complained! And the wifi is so under dimensioned that it hardly works. Also there are no nearby shops or restaurants. Either walk 2km to Marmari or drive 20km to Kos city if you want any of this. Also there is a continous shortage of sunbeds around the two pools and on the beach. This is due to the fact that the hotel is not enforcing the no-reservarion policy, so the sunbeds are reserved with towels most of the day without beiing used. You have to take an early breakfast and go and put towels on the ones you want if you want to make sure to have any. We experienced several times that there were no free ones available on the beach or around the pools if we did not do this.

An oasis hotel, close to sandy beach, great food!
The hotel is on the North coast of Kos, surrounded by farmland. It has two separate pool areas, one with water slides, which the kids loved. Our rooms were clean and comfortable (good airconditioning) and included a safe, fridge and TV (only UK channel was BBC World). The hotel was divided into a main building and several garden 'villas'. The food was amazing - always something available to eat or drink - the kids particularly enjoyed the self-service ice-creams and drinks and the twice daily crepes. I was impressed by the variety of food, something different each day with themed evenings. The sandy beach was a short walk and the sea was lovely and warm. Activities included wind-surfing with instructors available. There was entertainment available: darts, tennis, table games, water polo, beach volleyball - but these were mostly dominated by the german guests. If you want to see ancient Kos or go island hopping, you will need to travel (bus, taxi or car), we did two day trips but with the heat - longed for the pool back at the hotel. We loved the relaxed atmosphere - firendly staff and always plenty of sunbeds in each of the pool and beach areas. I would recommend this hotel for a family holiday where you want to relax by the pool or beach and enjoy time having fun together.

Very bad hotel
Stood 4 one night. Air conditioning very noisy. Rooms are small, but enough space for ants and spiders. Bathroom rottened. Room smelled. But the worst thing was the “food”. Breakfast horrible. Lunch was not eatable. I do not understand how people could stay longer than 1 night. Should not forget to mention that the rooms are very noisy and the cleaning woman in the morning are really loud. Even with a do not disturb sign up they knock at your door until u open and than they say: oh sorry.

La struttura esteticamente è ben tenuta si presenta rinnovata è molto bello vedere che le zone condivise sono adibite ad orto il che molto singolare e piacevole, ha un buon livello di buffet e anche un bel ristorante alla carta usufruibile una volta a settimana.Mike barman del bar serale e una grande persona e Megg animatrice Super. Inoltre i bungalow sono molto graziosi e giusti negli spazi tenendo conto che si sta in stanza solo per lavarsi e dormire. Di negativo la struttura non ha la possibilità di garantire la tranquillità di avere un lettino libero in piscina, vero del fatto che siamo stati sfortunati e trovato probabilmente una settimana molto ventosa dove avendo un bimbo di 5 anni il mare essendo molto mosso era non usufruibile cosa immagino pensata dalle molte famiglie con bimbi presenti iniltre la piscina adibita per i bimbi è abbastanza piccola. I piatti al ristorante per un problema al servizio della lavastoviglie , al dire del manager di sala , erano sempre macchiati e sporchi nella parte inferiore. I bungalow come dicevo sono anche bellini ma il bagno ha una vasca anni 60 con una tendina molto fastidiosa e non al livello della struttura per non parlare della schiuma che può fuori uscire dal tombino di scarico in mezzo al bagno. Il Resort non può garantire in caso di mancata possibilità di offrire late check out per ragioni di disponibilità nemmeno una doccia per poter permettere agli ospiti che ne hanno bisogno di rinfrescarsi prima della partenza.
