Inconvenient Stay with Unresolved Issues
I stayed at this hotel and was disappointed with several aspects of my experience. The water in the shower didn’t drain properly, and despite informing the staff, who promised to contact the engineers, nothing was resolved. As a result, I had to shower at the pool every day.
Additionally, the rooms are not soundproof, and the noise from outside made it difficult to relax. Towels were not provided according to the number of guests in the room, and basic maintenance issues, such as fixing the bathtub when requested, were ignored.
The location of the hotel was also inconvenient. While it is close to the subway, the station is not accessible, which made getting around with luggage or strollers difficult. Moreover, reaching many destinations required switching subway lines, which added time and hassle to our travels.
While the staff was nice, the overall experience left much to be desired. I wouldn’t recommend staying here until these issues are addressed.
