Central location & Responsive Receptionist
All the receptionist staff whether woman or man in the Venetian House Aparthotel is wonderful, cheerful,willing to help & very responsive. Thumbs up for all the receptionist. One receptionist & he's a man also (I forgot the name) offered to help me do my laundry. I'm really appreciated. The only few & small issues which I believe the Venetian House is able to resolve are:
1. The Wifi is only work strongly at the main bedroom for my unit no.11
2. The floor of our unit when we check in wasn't cleaned & mopped properly which end up a lot of dust in our feet. But the 2nd day after house keeping cleaned our unit it's cleaner. I hope Venetian House may have a check for dust & cleanliness of the unit before each new customer check in.
3. It's because our family used to sleep with as dark as possible, we felt the black out in the main bed room especially the ceiling black out didn't cover the window entirely so in the morning especially in summer when the sun rise quite early in the morning & it's quite bright in the morning although we've covered all black out in the room. But for our children which slept at the sofa in the living room, the black out is good coverage. As both the main bedroom & living room has an air conditioning, we hardly get to hear the sound from the church's bell as mentioned by other travelers.
Over all our stay was a pleasant & enjoyable. The location is really central & it's really in the middle of the Old Town Square.
