Terrible experience
Humid smell all over the room, dusty carpet, small room, light so dim and aircon problem. Staffs were so helpful, however when we insisted to change room due to aircon problem at 2am, they said room was full and maintenance person can only come on the next morning to fix the aircon. Although they've offered us a fan to use, it's ridiculous really as we are not paying to stay in the room without aircon. More over bed was dusty and sometimes got ants/bugs bite while we're sleeping. Just my two cents opinion...and horrible 2 night stay in the hotel.

Libur lebaran di hotel Santa grand
Saya memesan hotel ini Untuk libur lebaran bersama keluarga. Yg saya suka dari hotel ini adalah lokasi hotel yg dekat mrt stasiun dan pusat makanan. Saya memesan kamar triple tapi sayangnya kamar tsb ada pada lantai 3 dan plg ujung dimana harus naik tangga lagi krn tdk ada lift. Selain itu wifinya lemah sekali.

China Town駅から近く、繁華街のど真ん中。至極便利。
簡潔に揃ったリーズナブルなホテルで、中華街のど真ん中にあり、遊びに行くにも至極便利。 近距離に別館もあるようで、そちらの方もさらに繁華街の真ん中にあり便利そう。

Hotellet ligger mycket bra i China town.Nära till tunnelbana enkelt finna taxi i området. Tyvärr är hotellet slitet och vad värre är så är även hotellet skitigt. Orena allmänutrymme och rummet var inte tillfredsställande städat.Kan inte rekomendera detta hotell.

我們住三人房 燈光太昏暗 廁所乾淨 有乾濕分離 有電梯 房間外面走廊有一台多功能現泡機 咖啡奶茶美路之類的 有時後晚上看是開著可以用 有時後是關著的 服務人員滿和善的 寄放行李會先用線綁起來 再用一層網子蓋住 這點很用心

The best thing about this hotel is the location I do not believe I warrants a 3 star rating because the rooms are too small and I would have not stayed if I was travelling with a partner.

It was a let down
Rather dirty especialy the bathroom bed like concrete and service well there was none we asked for directions to money changers and guy at reception shrugged his shoulders and says don't know somewhere out there and point to street. Chinatown itself beautiful

Heart Hotel
We had an excellent stay in Santa Grand Hotel, we liked a quite one, simple and room services.It is accessible and at the heart of the city, in fact I recommended it to my relatives and friends for their stay when they ever visit Singapore in the near future.

More than adequate
I and my mother stayed overnight in separate rooms at this hotel in August 2015. We paid approximately $60 Autralian dollars for each single room. The room sizes were small, the same as I have found in one other cheap hotel in Singapore. The bathroom was very small as well, with the toilet and the shower extremely close together. However, the room and the toilet/shower were clean and were adequate for an overnight stay. This hotel is in a sort of red light district, with several massage parlours next to this hotel and down this street. I rate it 4 out of 5 for an overnight stay.

部屋の換気が悪く、じめじめした感じ。ベットのシーツも穴があいており、清潔感にかける。一瞬カビがはえているのではないかと疑ってしまうようなジメジメ感。部屋の喚起が悪い為かもしれない。エアコンがベットの上にあり、エアコンからの空気を常に肌に感じる。方向を変更してもダメでした。 立地はチャイナタウンの駅から近くて便利。
