Room was clean, daily cleaning was a bonus, a bit dated but comfortable. Not having a blackout blind with a light outside, and the lack of acoustic isolation such as double glazing made the quality of sleep not so great. A good value for money, but could improve.

Enjoyed my stay as comfortable beds, spacious, friendly and very quiet at night even though it is a busy street. Walkable to Central mall, movies and restaurants. Value for money and friendly.

Happily stay again
We were pleasantly surprised by the motel as the cost was so reasonable and have stayed in places much less clean and comfortable for more money! Great location near the city centre, friendly, helpful staff and comfortable room. One change we would recommend is replacing the shower curtain to avoid water accidentally spraying on the floor. We would happily stay again. Thanks Kerry's Motel!

As others have noted, this property needs renovation. But, the room is large and clean. Good location as you can walk to downtown and Whakarewarewa Maori Village. The motel is on a busy road but is not noisy at night. The owner is helpful. Note that the office is not open often. Breakfast is not included.

Basic accomodation, great location, however no facilities and very hot . Needed fans . Needs a decor update and revamp desperately, price needed to be cheaper for this accomodation

Nice hotel at a good price
Nice hotel and very friendly staff, room was a bit out dated but was nice, clean and comfortable, Staff were very friendly and gave us a stack of discount vouchers for local attractions and restaurants!

Found Parking an Issue. not wide enough.or well marked after returning from an event had to park on the road as no room to get vehicle onto property!! rooms were very tired and out of date. walls appear to be a bit thin as could hear people above above us and each side of us. how ever the owners were friendly and the rooms were clean
